What additional support services are available for children with SEND

The school can access additional support services through the Local Authority. In order to access this support we would need to complete a Common Assessment Framework (CAF) with the parents and ask them to sign the form to give consent.

The services we are able to access include:

• Educational Psychology Service

• Speech and Language Therapy

• School paediatrician

• School nurse

• Occupational Therapy

• Physiotherapy

• Specialist Teaching Team

• Social Care

• Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH)

• Family workers from our locality team
