Welcome to Peacock Class!

I hope that you had an amazing summer break and that you enjoyed spending time with those you love the most and feel rested and ready to smash this autumn term!

I’m really looking forward to seeing you all and getting to know you all properly. Our humanities subject this term will be history and the topic will be World War 1. After half term we will be moving our focus onto Geography and starting a unit called “spacial sense” which teaches the children key geographic skills and knowledge such as time zones, hemispheres and about the different climates around the world.

Science is looking busy this term! We are covering Astronomy, meteorology, Forces and Light- all of this will be taught before Christmas.
