Welcome to Flamingo Class - Year 3 and 4
Our class timings:
Start: 8.45am
Finish: 3.15pm
Break: 10.45am - 11am
Lunch: 12pm - 1pm

Homework:
Maths:
Homework will be handed out on a Friday and is due back on the following Wednesday. It’ll be on Mathletics.
Spellings:
Spelling homework will be handed out on a Tuesday and is due in on a fortnightly basis but it is always on a Monday.
The children are expected to work every other day on their spellings throughout the fortnight for at least 15 minutes.
Times tables and reading:
The children are expected to practise their times tables for a minimum of 5 minutes and to read independently or with an adult for 15 minutes each day. Please support your child by listening to them read, asking questions about the text and helping them with any unfamiliar words.
Topic:
Children are welcome to complete extra home learning based on our topic.
P.E. days:
Our PE days are Wednesdays and Fridays- please ensure that your children come into school wearing their PE kits on these days.
Wednesday:
- Tennis and OAA (outdoor PE)
Friday:
- Dance and multi-skills (indoor PE kit)
